We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive (Fresher / Junior Level) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of IT services and a strong interest in sales, client communication, and business growth.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Client interaction, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
• Assist in pitching IT services such as software development, cloud, APIs, cybersecurity, DevOps, etc.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic sales documentation
• Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution understanding
• Follow up with leads and maintain sales pipeline records
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings

• Bachelors degree in business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• 01 year of experience in IT sales, B2B sales/BFSI, or business development (freshers can apply)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT services and technology concepts
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
