Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Recruiter to attract, identify, and hire top IT talent. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing candidates for IT roles, understanding technical requirements, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidates skills and suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with candidate information and recruitment status.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Stay updated on market trends and the availability of skills in the IT industry.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or Recruitment Specialist.
- Strong understanding of IT and technical roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts, etc.).
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Good negotiation skills and professionalism.
