About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition IT professional, located in Bengaluru Old Airport Road. The Talent Acquisition professional will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT positions. The role involves developing and implementing employer branding strategies, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.

  • Skills in Employer Branding and Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Interviewing candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with IT industry trends and technologies is a plus
