About the Role
Role: Sr Recruiter Semiconductor / VLSI Hiring.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end hiring for niche semiconductor roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and delivery against SLAs (TAT, quality submissions, interviewoffer ratios).
- Proactive sourcing from LinkedIn, Naukri, technical communities, referrals and targeted outreach.
- Provide daily status updates until closure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years (must have hands-on Semiconductor / VLSI hiring).
- Must-have domain exposure: RTL, DFT, Physical Design (PD/STA), Verification/Validation, Embedded/Firmware, Analog/AMS, EDA tools, UVM, ATPG etc.
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Delivery against SLAs.
- Proactive sourcing skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with niche semiconductor roles.
Pay range and compensation package
Location : Hyderabad ( HIG 170, 6TH PHASE, KPHB COLONY , KUKATPALLY,HYDERABAD,TELANGANA./ BLOCK-B, FIRST FLOOR)
