Job Description
As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions. This includes sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates to help build a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
0.6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment only in IT hiring
Source candidates using various channels (job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Conduct candidate outreach via emails and calls
Post job openings on platforms like Naukri.com and LinkedIn
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
