Location: Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore
Notice Period: Immediate to 7 Days
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer follow-ups.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements.
Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely submission of quality profiles as per requirement.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
