About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in hiring for Product-Based organizations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in technology hiring, strong market intelligence, and the ability to attract top-tier engineering and product talent in a competitive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates technical fit and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive technical talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closure of candidates.
  • Maintain accurate data in ATS and generate recruitment reports and metrics.


Qualifications

  • B.Tech / BE / MBA (HR) or equivalent qualification.
  • Additional certifications in Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics will be an advantage.


Required Skills

  • 58 years of experience in technology hiring, preferably within product-based organizations.
  • Proven expertise in advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong track record of hiring for Software Development, Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, AIML, and Product roles.
  • Strong understanding of product engineering environments and agile hiring practices.
  • Experience hiring for niche, senior, and leadership-level tech roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple critical requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working in global/remote hiring setups.
