Information Technology Recruiter

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with 24 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce, Full Stack Development hiring, and a solid understanding of the IT landscape. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and supporting the companys rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and engage talent through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
• Conduct preliminary technical assessments (focused on Salesforce and Full Stack profiles).
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and reports.
• Manage offer negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced IT/Tech environment.
• Proven experience hiring for Salesforce, Full Stack, and other IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of technical skill sets, IT market trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience in using ATS tools (added advantage).
