CSM Technologies is hiring qualified candidates having relevant experience in IT Recruitment. S/He will be responsible for end to end recruitment of various technical profiles.

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Bengaluru/Delhi

Job Profile

• Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle like sourcing, screening and shortlisting CVs from job portals and internal database
• Arranging interviews in person, telephonic & Video-conferencing mode
• Maintaining interview status and updating the same in companys portal and to candidates
• Working on different job portals, employee referrals, social media etc.
• Responsible for following up with candidates till joining & onboarding of resources.
• Support the team in budget preparation, manpower planning etc
• Working on other HR related activities as & when required.

Candidate Profile

• Should have excellent sourcing & screening skill in IT Recruitment.
• Should have very good communication skill
• Should be smart & personality should be very good.
