Title: IT Recruiter (onsite) Willing to travel to office in Banashankari, Bangalore 5 days a week + 2 Saturdays.

Job Description:

Manage end to end recruitment activities by sourcing the best talent from diverse sources and handle the entire Talent management right from joining to exit.

Strong recruitment network in the IT industry

Experience with working on job boards like Naukri, Monster, Linkedin

Exceptional Skills in building relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Provide feedback to managers on market situation and availability of talent

1+ years experience in recruiting agency

Worked on positions like Software Engineers, Cyber Security roles , Sales and Semiconductor roles.

Excellent Written and verbal Communication!

An open-minded and positive attitude

Adaptable and able to fit into the work environment of a fast-growing start-up

Strong sense of ethical responsibility

Skilled at spreading a good vibe
