Youll enjoy this role if you:

Have 35 years of IT recruitment experience

Have managed end-to-end hiring

Enjoy building and maintaining candidate pipelines

Have exposure to hiring in HCM / HRMS / HR Tech / Dayforce / Oracle Cloud (good to have)

Work closely with delivery / account teams to anticipate hiring demand

Believe in clear and timely communication with candidates

Lead all things HR onboarding, compliance, team engagement, and beyond.

Keep operations running smoothly step in wherever needed to support internal systems, processes, and team efficiency.

Immediate starters preferred
