Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate software development projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
• Work closely with development, design, and QA teams to ensure timely execution
• Prepare project plans, timelines, and task assignments
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are achieved
• Conduct regular follow-ups and status meetings with internal teams and clients
• Identify project risks and escalate issues when required
• Maintain project documentation and reports
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination or Project Management
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
