There are multiple positions based on role and experience.

Common Skillset for All Roles:

• IT Procurement Experience covering any of Software, Hardware, Professional Services, DC, Telecom, Hosting Sub-Categories
• Strong stakeholder & program management
• Manage Contracting, negotiation, commercial strategy with Vendors
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Manage procurement demand and contracts working with Stakeholders
• Drive cost optimization & value creation
• Conduct category analytics, benchmarking & risk evaluation
• Oversee requisition management & project procurement
• Manage supplier relationships & performance
• Manage and Resolve procurement-related escalations with cross functional teams
• Execute RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ), including supplier evaluation, bid analysis, and commercial comparisons
• Manage Supplier selection by analyzing pricing models, licensing terms, and service offerings
• Drive benchmarking & cost competitiveness
• Prepare reports and dashboards related to procurement performance, savings, and vendor metrics.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, approval frameworks, and audit requirements.

1. Professional Services

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:

Support and drive Professional Services global category sourcing, supplier strategy, negotiations, contracting, and category performance improvement across all customer programs globally.

• Knowledge of commercial models for IT Services Procurement
• Experience working with IT Professional Services Vendors globally
• Knowledge of Pricing / Rates of Professional Services for various IT Roles
• Understanding of Global Labor Law and Relevant Compliances

Software

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Software Procurement, managing endtoend procurement, commercial modeling, licensing, vendor selection, and negotiations for Software Requirements

• Knowledge and Active Connect with Major Software Publishers and OEMs
• Experience in Working with Resellers, Distributors and Software Publishers for purchasing Softwares
• Knowledge of licensing models for Softwares like on-premise, SaaS, Perpetual etc.
• Negotiate Software contract T&Cs with publishers
• Understanding of Software License Compliances
• Negotiate to mitigate Financial, Legal, Data Privacy, Information Security Risks related to software licensing
• Strong knowledge of software publishers & licensing models
• Experience in handling large enterprise and multi year software contracts

Bid Manager

Role Overview and Key Responsibilities:

Run RFPs, respond to RFXs with suppliers in line with prospective customers requirement managing endtoend procurement, commercial modeling, Drive potential solutions with Sales and Presales to meet prospective customers RFXs.

• Support both the pursuit (i.e. bid phase) and delivery execution / transition of client business deals.
• Work closely with associated sales and delivery / operation teams.
• Scope includes Hardware, Software and related services for managed services or resale.
• Develops and implements sourcing strategies in assigned categories/region, which include procurement plans, stakeholder engagement and benefits tracking.
• Owns the process for other procurement activities such as supplier onboarding, contract negotiations
• Support account team to ensure the expectations of customer are met.
• Priorities demands from multiple internal stakeholders to ensure all needs are met/all timescales are adhered to.
• Exposure to various technology categories e.g. hardware, software and services.

Educational Qualifications / Skillset

• Graduate Degree
• MBA / Procurement Certifications (CIPS, CPSM, SPSM, etc.) added advantage / preferred
• Good MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• SAP Ariba (preferred)
