35 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of CMDB, network protocols, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and virtualization.
Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript) for automation.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
