This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Manager based in Bengaluru. The IT Manager will oversee the daily management of IT systems ensuring seamless operations, data security, and user experience across the property. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving system issues, implementing new technologies that enhance operational efficiency, and maintaining hardware and software infrastructure within the hotel. The individual will also ensure compliance with IT security standards, offer IT support for other departments, and provide training to team members on software and systems used.

• Expertise in IT Infrastructure Management, System Administration, and Network Troubleshooting
• Proficiency in IT security standards, risk management, and implementation of compliance measures
• Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance, software deployment, and managing both cloud and on-premise IT systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to provide training and support to other team members
• Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, ITIL, or similar IT certifications are a plus
• Experience in the hospitality industry or similar service-oriented organizations is an advantage
