Job Summary

We at Accolade Electronics are looking for a seasoned IT Manager with 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and IT management within automotive manufacturing environments. The role will be responsible for ensuring robust plant IT systems, secure infrastructure, seamless ERP operations, and supporting business growth through technology enablement.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Infrastructure & Plant IT Management

• Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure including servers, networks, firewalls, storage, CCTV, access control, and backup systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of IT systems.
• Manage and maintain servers, networks, data centers, cloud environments, and end-user systems.

2. IT Operations & Support

• Lead IT support team to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Implement ITIL-based service management practices.
• Ensure minimal downtime and efficient incident management.

3. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Implement strong cybersecurity practices to safeguard company data.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and customer IT audit requirements.
• Conduct periodic IT risk assessments and data backup drills.

4. IT Governance & Vendor Management

• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and cost optimization.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, and SLAs.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT projects within budget.

5. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Support

• Lead and develop the internal IT team.
• Provide technology guidance to department heads.
• Ensure responsive IT service culture across the organization.

6. Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Develop IT roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing/automotive operations.
• Drive automation and process improvement projects.

7. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop IT team members.
• Define KPIs and performance standards for the IT department.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of network architecture, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, manufacturing IT environment and data management.
• ERP implementation and management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in IT / Computer Science / Electronics.
• MBA (IT/Operations) preferred.
