Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the DTI ramp-up plan in close collaboration with the DTI IT Head and key stakeholders.
• Establish and drive program governance frameworks and maintain leadership dashboards for performance visibility.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and ensure timely project delivery with financial oversight.
• Identify process gaps during ramp-up phases and implement operational improvements.
• Lead the setup of GCC operations from scratch, ensuring scalable and sustainable structures.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing IT teams fostering accountability and innovation.
• Align delivery roadmaps and capacity planning with business objectives through stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate steering committees and executive governance reviews.
• Manage transition activities from external vendors to internal teams during Build, Operate & Transfer phases.
• Ensure adherence to organizational ethics, compliance standards, and IT quality frameworks.
• Manage vendor relationships and service agreements effectively.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management initiatives across IT functions.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in setting up and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCC) from inception.
• Strong project and program management expertise in large-scale IT environments.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, SLAs, and financial governance.
• Exposure to cloud technologies and modern IT infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in IT Applications and Product Engineering delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience handling vendor management and contract governance.
• Ability to drive organizational change and operational transformation initiatives.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
