Information Technology Lead

We are seeking an experienced Geography IT Lead to drive IT strategy, operations, and digital transformation across Europe. This role bridges global IT direction with regional execution, ensuring secure, scalable, and business-aligned technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the regional IT roadmap aligned with global strategy
• Lead IT operations, service delivery, and infrastructure performance
• Drive cloud, ERP, and digital transformation initiatives
• Ensure GDPR compliance, cybersecurity, and IT governance
• Manage vendors, budgets, and regional IT stakeholders
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team

Requirements:

• 1012 years of IT experience, including 35 years in leadership
• Strong background in IT strategy, operations, and service delivery
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), ERP, and digital initiatives
• Solid knowledge of GDPR and EU regulatory frameworks
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, TOGAF, Cloud, CISSP, PMP preferred)
