Position: IT Intern

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to support the IT team in daily technical operations. The role offers hands-on exposure to IT support, systems, and infrastructure while assisting employees with basic technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
• Support IT asset management, tagging, and inventory tracking.
• Maintain IT documentation, logs, and user access records.
• Assist with basic network and system-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Windows OS environments.
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Teams and other virtual meeting platforms, including basic troubleshooting of boardroom conferencing systems (cameras, microphones, speakers, display panels, HDMI connectivity, etc.)
• Ability to provide remote technical support using remote desktop tools and assist users in offsite or work-from-home environments
• Experience in printer setup, configuration, network printer mapping, and troubleshooting common printing issues
