Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned IT & SAP Infrastructure Manager based in India to lead our technical team and oversee the IT infrastructure and SAP landscape for our Australis operations. This role demands strong leadership, cross-border collaboration, and deep technical expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 9 IT professionals in India, covering SAP Basis and functional modules (SD, WM, PP, MM,BI/BW) as well as Linux server administration.
• Remotely manage and support IT infrastructure and SAP operations for Australis business units.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of SAP systems and core infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Australis stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals.
• Oversee system upgrades, patching, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
• Implement and maintain IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance standards.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and SAP management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Basis and functional modules (SD, WM, PP, MM).
• Proficiency in Linux server environments and virtualization/cloud platforms.
• Experience managing remote teams and international operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and cybersecurity frameworks is a plus.
