Responsibilities :

Same as WinTel role with regional context: support Wintel infrastructure

implement and monitor services

ensure high availability and compliance

Technical Skills & Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Wintel technologies
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows Server environments
• Experience with Microsoft Exchange administration and support
• Knowledge of High Availability (HA) solutions
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in IT infrastructure
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft / ITIL preferred)
• Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT environments
