Job Summary

The IT Executive is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted IT operations across the hotel, including PMS, POS, networking, and end-user systems. The role supports all hotel departments by maintaining system uptime, data security, and prompt technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day IT support to Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Finance, and Administration
  • Maintain and support PMS, POS, channel manager, and billing systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and CCTV systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and biometric devices
  • Ensure data backups, antivirus updates, system security, and user access control
  • Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for AMC, upgrades, and issue resolution
  • Support night audit systems and assist during system downtime or emergencies
  • Maintain IT inventory, licenses, documentation, and asset records
  • Assist in new system implementation, upgrades, and staff IT onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with hotel IT policies and SOPs
Skills & Competencies
  • Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and revenue-related applications
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with CCTV, access control, and guest Wi-Fi systems
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and provide on-call support
Educational Qualification
  • Diploma / Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
Experience
  • 13 years of IT support experience
  • Prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
