Role Overview :

This role involves supporting digital technology projects, managing internal platforms, assisting with system maintenance, and supporting the organizations technology operations to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities :

* Assist in planning and executing digital technology initiatives.

* Support the maintenance and updates of InsuGo Digi and the company website.

* Research and evaluate software tools to recommend the best solutions.

* Collect system requirements for proposal and quote platforms.

* Assist in managing cybersecurity practices and email server configuration.

* Support operational usage of digital tools including email, SMS, and telemarketing platforms.

* Provide basic troubleshooting and user support.

Preferred Skillsets :

DevOps

Qualifications :

* Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

* 02 years of experience in IT operations, development, or platform support.

* Good communication and problem-solving skills.

* Basic understanding of web technologies and system maintenance.
