Key Responsibilities
1 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Generate business through freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
Handle bidding process with strong proposal writing
Identify and acquire international clients
Convert leads into long-term business relationships
2 Client Communication & Interaction
Handle global client communication professionally
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Conduct meetings and presentations
Maintain strong follow-up and negotiation process
3 Market & Strategy Development
Research global IT market trends
Identify new business opportunities
Develop strategies for international project acquisition
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline
4 Team Coordination
Coordinate with technical & design teams
Ensure clear project communication
Support smooth project handover
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience as BDM in IT company
- Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms & bidding strategies
- Excellent English communication skills
- International client handling experience
- Strong negotiation & closing skills
- Good knowledge of social media platforms
- Market analysis & competitor research ability
