Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Executive to manage and maintain IT assets across their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in asset tracking, reporting, compliance, and documentation. This role requires strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as VLOOKUP and Excel reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end IT Asset Lifecycle, including procurement, tagging, allocation, maintenance, and retirement.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets across locations (Gurgaon/Mumbai).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to asset utilization, movement, and compliance.
• Perform data analysis using Excel functions, especially VLOOKUP and related formulas.
• Ensure compliance of IT assets with company policies and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for asset issuance, replacement, and retrieval.
• Maintain and update asset records in internal systems and trackers.
• Support audits by providing required data and documentation.
• Handle asset-related queries from employees and stakeholders promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1.6 years of experience in IT asset management.
• Strong understanding of IT Asset Lifecycle processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning).
• Experience in preparing structured reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Knowledge of asset compliance standards and documentation requirements.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
