Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ranchi, Jharkhand for an Information Technology Administrator . The role includes managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, providing technical support, administering IT systems and networks, resolving technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of all technological systems within the organization. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various teams to enhance our IT capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support, providing assistance and resolving IT related queries
• Proficiency in Network Administration and System Administration
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues promptly
• Solid background in Information Technology with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies
• Strong problem solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications) are an advantage
