What Youll Do

• Manage end-user hardware (MacBooks, Chromebooks, printers, mobile devices)
• Provision, onboard, and offboard employees
• Administer SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, etc.) & access management
• Troubleshoot OS, networking, and security issues
• Automate workflows using Shell/Python scripting
• Support cloud & on-prem infrastructure
• Provide onsite IT support (34 days/week)

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years supporting end users in a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of macOS & ChromeOS
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & small office networking
• Experience with SSO, identity management & enterprise security tools
• Scripting skills (Bash, Zsh, Python) preferred
• Strong communication & documentation skills
