Information Systems Engineer

Position Overview

We are looking for a Information Systems Engineer focused on operations to support the daily health and reliability of Microsoft 365 services. The role is hands-on and service-oriented, with an emphasis on monitoring, incident response, and support for Microsoft Teams Voice and related M365 workloads.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational health of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams Voice services

• Perform checks on voice routing, call queues, number assignments, and call quality dashboards

• Handle incident tickets and support requests related to telephony and collaboration platforms

• Track service advisories and support escalations in collaboration with Level 3 and engineering teams

• Maintain accurate documentation of issues, procedures, and known errors

• Contribute to process improvement and platform health reporting

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 in an operations or service delivery capacity

• Working knowledge of Teams Voice (auto attendants, call queues, basic routing)

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 service health dashboards and admin portals

• Basic understanding of Exchange and SharePoint from a support standpoint

• Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow escalation protocols

• Clear written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on operational clarity
