Information Security Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role for an Information Security Engineer. Responsibilities include ensuring the overall security of applications, networks, and enterprise systems. The role involves identifying vulnerabilities, performing penetration testing, implementing robust security protocols, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with industry standards. The Information Security Engineer will also analyze potential cybersecurity threats and enhance the organizations defenses through innovative security measures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Application Security and understanding of secured application development
• Strong expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security, along with vulnerability assessment and threat mitigation strategies
• Experience or skills in Network Security, including monitoring, prevention, and defensive mechanisms
• Knowledge of Information Security Management best practices and compliance standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a onsite environment
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, eJPT) are an advantage
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
