Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MDM Application / Service Manager to define, establish, and operate an enterprise data management service on Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) . The role will own end-to-end service management across Informatica MDM SaaS, Cloud Data Integration (CDI), Cloud Application Integration (CAI), and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) , with additional responsibility for supporting data governance and stewardship processes .

This position is responsible for setting up the service operating model, SOPs, SLAs, escalation framework, and governance processes, and for maturing the IDMC platform into a stable and scalable enterprise service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and establish the IDMC service model , including service scope, ownership, service catalog, and support structure.
  • Own end-to-end application and service management for MDM SaaS, CDI, CAI, and CDQ .
  • Create and maintain SOPs and runbooks covering incident, change, release, access, and environment management.
  • Manage MDM processes including data onboarding, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchies, and publishing.
  • Oversee batch and real-time integrations and API-based data flows using CDI and CAI.
  • Ensure data quality monitoring, issue resolution, and scorecarding through CDQ.
  • Establish SLAs, KPIs, service dashboards, and escalation matrices.
  • Support and govern data governance and stewardship workflows in coordination with business teams.
  • Manage incidents, major incidents, RCA, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  • Lead service communications, stakeholder updates, service reviews, and escalation handling.
  • Build and manage an IDMC / MDM support and operations team as the service scales.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 812 years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica technologies , including:
  • Informatica MDM (Hub / MDM SaaS)
  • IDMC services: CDI, CAI, CDQ
  • Strong understanding of MDM concepts: data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, and data lifecycle.
  • Experience with batch and real-time integrations (REST / SOAP).
  • Proven experience in application or service management / platform ownership roles.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Informatica MDM / IDMC / CDQ certifications.
  • ITIL Foundation or higher.
  • Experience setting up new cloud-based platforms or services.
  • Exposure to data governance or stewardship frameworks.


Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
