Position Summary

The Informatica MDM SaaS Developer leads technical delivery of MDM implementations, designing and configuring solutions while mentoring junior team members. This role requires hands-on expertise across data modeling, match/merge, integration, and the ability to work directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and configure business entities, relationships, and hierarchies in MDM SaaS
• Develop and optimize match rules, survivorship logic, and trust framework configurations
• Implement data quality rules including Smart Fields (Address, Phone, Email) and DaaS integration
• Build ingress/egress mappings and TaskFlows using Cloud Data Integration (CDI)
• Configure Reference 360 including complex crosswalks and hierarchies
• Customize Business 360 Console UI including page layouts, dashboards, and workflows
• Lead technical workstreams and coordinate with integration teams
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Mentor Associate consultants and support their skill development
• Participate in client workshops and requirements gathering sessions

Technical Skills Required

MDM Platform (Core)

• Business 360 Console advanced configuration and customization
• Data model design including field groups and dynamic fields
• Match/merge rules: deterministic, fuzzy, and AI-powered matching
• Trust framework and survivorship configuration
• Reference 360: code lists, crosswalks, hierarchies
• Smart Fields and DaaS verification integration

Integration

• Cloud Data Integration (CDI) mappings and TaskFlows
• FEP Connector configuration for ingress
• REST/GraphQL API integration patterns
• Delta detection approaches (timestamp, CDC, sequence)

CLAIRE AI

• CLAIRE GPT configuration and usage
• AI match model training and tuning

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in MDM with at least 2 years on Informatica MDM SaaS
• Customer 360 SaaS Developer Professional (R40+) certification
• Strong hands-on experience with data modeling and match/merge configuration
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction

Preferred

• Cloud data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP
• AI/ML fundamentals and GenAI application awareness
• Salesforce integration experience
• Industry experience: Healthcare, Banking, or Retail

The MDM SaaS Solution Architect designs enterprise-grade MDM solutions, leads technical delivery across complex engagements, and provides pre-sales support. This role requires deep expertise in multi-domain architecture, industry extensions, CLAIRE AI, and the ability to guide technical teams while engaging with senior client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design multi-domain MDM architectures
• Lead solution design including HLD/LLD creation and architecture reviews
• Configure and optimize CLAIRE AI capabilities (GPT, Copilot, Agents)
• Design enterprise integration patterns including Salesforce, SAP, and cloud platforms
• Customize industry extensions (Healthcare, Banking, Retail) for client requirements
• Lead technical discovery and provide support including demos and POCs

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8-12 years of MDM experience with at least 4 years on Informatica MDM (SaaS or on-prem)
• Customer 360 SaaS Developer Professional
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise MDM solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

• Published thought leadership or conference speaking experience
• AI/ML strategy and implementation; GenAI and LLM integration patterns
