Position Summary

Informatica IDMC Lead with deep expertise in Informatica Product 360 and proven capability in hierarchy modelling and data quality rule implementation. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural leadership, remain deeply hands-on, and collaborate closely with business, data governance, and integration teams. Experience building and implementing Customer 360, Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Technical & Solution Leadership

• Act as the Informatica hands-on lead for Product 360 and Customer 360 programs
• Own end-to-end MDM solution architecture, design, and implementation on IDMC
• Build configuration and customization of Informatica Product 360 for product, item, and material master domains
• Design and build complex hierarchies such as Product category and material hierarchies
• Lead the Customer 360 solutions including party, account, contact, and relationship data
• Hands-on Development & Configuration
• Configure and develop Informatica MDM Product 360 solution for data model, hierarchies, match & merge, data stewardship and approval workflows
• Design, build, and implement Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) rules
• Lead data onboarding, mass ingestion, and incremental synchronization using IDMC services

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Proven delivery experience with Informatica Product 360
• Experience integrating MDM with ERP, CRM, PLM, and downstream analytical systems
• Ability to balance architecture ownership with hands-on execution

Nice-to-Have / Plus

• Experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ), Customer 360 / Customer MDM, Informatica Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
• Experience in manufacturing, building materials, or asset-intensive industries
• Informatica certifications (IDMC / MDM / CDQ)

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to influence enterprise data and architecture decisions
• Comfortable working in large-scale, complex transformation programs
• Mentoring and coaching junior developers and MDM engineers
