Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 4 - 11 years of experience in PL/SQL Data Warehousing Concepts Informatica Scheduler ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter and Unix Shell Scripting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during the day shift and will not require travel. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter to ensure efficient data integration.
- Design and implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
- Utilize PL/SQL to write complex queries and optimize database performance.
- Schedule and monitor ETL jobs using Informatica Scheduler to ensure timely data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Provide technical expertise in SQL to support data extraction transformation and loading processes.
- Implement Unix Shell Scripting to automate repetitive tasks and improve system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
- Document technical specifications and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve processes.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in PL/SQL Data Warehousing Concepts Informatica Scheduler ETL SQL Data Integration Informatica PowerCenter and Unix Shell Scripting.
- Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
