Job Summary
Location - AIA Kolkata
We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in Informatica technologies and a strong background in Life and Annuities Insurance. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on data quality and integration using Infa Cloud and Informatica tools. This role requires expertise in data profiling and analysis to enhance our data management processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data quality solutions using Infa Cloud Data Quality and Informatica Data Quality tools to ensure high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and design effective data integration solutions using Infa Cloud Data Integration.
- Utilize Infa Cloud Data Profiling to analyze and assess data quality identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Work with Informatica Analyst to interpret data trends and patterns providing insights that drive business decisions in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Leverage Informatica Address Doctor to validate and enhance address data ensuring compliance with industry standards and improving customer communication.
- Participate in the design and development of data workflows and mappings optimizing data processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and performance benchmarks.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data quality and integration issues ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Document data processes and solutions maintaining comprehensive records for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Informatica technologies and data management practices applying new knowledge to enhance existing solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve data solutions aligning them with evolving business needs.
- Ensure data solutions adhere to regulatory and compliance standards minimizing risk and enhancing data governance.
- Contribute to the companys mission by improving data quality and integration ultimately enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in Infa Cloud Data Quality Informatica Data Quality and Infa Cloud Data Integration.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Infa Cloud Data Profiling and Informatica Analyst for effective data analysis.
- Have experience with Informatica Address Doctor for address validation and enhancement.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of Life and Annuities Insurance domain requirements.
- Show capability to work in a hybrid work model with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data management tasks.
