Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Infor WFM Administrator to manage and support the Infor Workforce Management (Multi-tenant) environment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in configuration, customization, reporting, and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the Infor WFM system
• Customize workflows, business rules, and application settings
• Develop custom solutions using Groovy scripting
• Create and maintain custom reports using Cognos BI
• Perform PostgreSQL development and database activities
• Integrate Infor WFM with HR and payroll systems
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support
• Maintain documentation of configurations and processes

Mandatory Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Infor WFM
• Strong experience in Infor Multi-tenant environment
• Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience in Cognos BI report development
• Experience in system integration and data migration

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
