Job Summary

We are looking for an Infor M3 Test Analyst to validate ERP business processes, integrations, and customizations within Infor M3. The role involves functional testing across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance modules to ensure high-quality, business-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business processes implemented in Infor M3 (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Manufacturing, Finance)
• Analyze functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases
• Execute functional, integration, and regression testing
• Validate customizations, extensions, reports, and interfaces
• Perform data validation using SQL queries
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders
• Ensure test coverage and quality before releases and go-live

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Infor M3 functional testing
• Good understanding of ERP business processes
• Hands-on experience with:
• Sales & Distribution
• Procurement
• Inventory & Warehousing
• Manufacturing
• Finance (GL, AP, AR)
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation
• Experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation skills
