Infor LN Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Infor LN Administrator with 5-6 years of hands-on experience to manage, support, and optimize our Infor LN ERP system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the seamless operation of Infor LN across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and upgrade Infor LN ERP system components.
• Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures to ensure optimal operation.
• Manage user access, security, and roles within Infor LN.
• Perform regular system backups, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and bugs.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement system enhancements.
• Maintain system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with Infor support for issue resolution and patches.
• Conduct user training and support for end-users.
• Stay updated with new features, patches, and best practices related to Infor LN.

Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in Infor LN administration or related ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Infor LN architecture, modules, and integration points.
• Experience with system installation, configuration, and upgrade procedures.
• Knowledge of database management (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
