Hiring: Infor Birst Consultant / BI Developer (310+ Years)

We are looking for an experienced Infor Birst Consultant to join our team and support analytics development across Infor CloudSuite environments (M3, LN, CSI, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard Development

Build interactive Birst dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations

Develop reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, and other areas

Optimize dashboard usability and performance

Data Modeling & Architecture

Create and maintain Birst data models, fact/dimension structures

Manage Spaces, Subspaces, and Shared Spaces

Define ETL pipelines using Birst Data Automation (BDA)

Integration

Integrate Birst with Infor M3, LN, CSI, PLM, WMS, and other applications

Work with ION BODs, APIs, and Data Lake

Support data extraction, transformation, and loading processes

Business Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements

Translate business needs into technical designs and dashboards

Recommend BI best practices and KPI frameworks

Testing & Deployment

Validate data accuracy and reconcile with ERP systems

Support SIT/UAT, go-live, and post-deployment activities

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Documentation & Training

Prepare design documents, technical specs, and user guides

Train users on dashboards, filters, and self-service analytics

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with Infor Birst (dashboards, spaces, data modeling)

Good understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and dimensional modeling

Experience working with Infor M3 / LN / CSI

Solid SQL knowledge for data validation

Exposure to ION, Data Lake, or Birst Connect is an advantage

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
