| Key roles and responsibilities | SOC Operations Management ü Oversee daily SOC activities including alert triage, escalation, and incident lifecycle management. ü Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar). ü Ensure timely closure of all incident alerts with due diligence and remarks
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) Maintenance ü Manage and maintain EDR platforms across endpoints. ü Perform policy tuning, agent health monitoring, and threat detection optimization
Incident Response ü Support incident response efforts following NIST/industry frameworks. ü Conduct root cause analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery procedures. ü Document incidents and contribute to post-incident reviews and lessons learned.
Support Initiatives ü Support CISO in implementation of cyber security initiatives
