Role Overview
We are looking for someone who can build Ayouthvedas UGC engine by sourcing 50100 creators per month and producing powerful user-generated content.
Key Responsibilities
Identify & onboard micro-influencers (2k50k followers).
Manage barter & paid collaborations.
Collect 4060 UGC videos per month.
Maintain influencer database (500+ creators).
Track performance & coordinate content delivery.
Support founder-led shoots & campaigns.
Requirements
Strong negotiation & communication skills.
Understanding of skincare/beauty content.
Ability to work with creators.
