We are looking for a Talent Manager with hands-on experience in managing digital creators and influencer campaigns. If you understand the creator ecosystem, enjoy coordinating brand deals, and can manage multiple stakeholders smoothly, this role is a great fit for you.

• Manage and nurture relationships with assigned creators/influencers
• Handle brand deals, negotiations, contracts, and closures
• Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and approvals
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Maintain talent calendars, performance tracking, and reporting
• Scout new creators and support their growth and monetization strategies
  

• Prior experience in influencer marketing or talent management
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple creators, brands, and deadlines
• Good negotiation, documentation, and follow-up skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
