Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly observant and trend-savvy Influencer Scouting Associate who has a sharp eye for discovering emerging creators across social media platforms. The role focuses on identifying relevant influencers, analyzing their audience, and building a strong creator pipeline aligned with brand campaign requirements.

You will work closely with the Planning & Strategy team to ensure the right creators are mapped for campaigns based on brand objectives, audience demographics, and content style.


Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Discovery & Scouting

  • Identify and scout relevant influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.
  • Continuously track micro, macro, and niche influencers across categories like lifestyle, fashion, beauty, finance, tech, gaming, etc.
  • Discover upcoming and fast-growing creators before they become mainstream.


2. Campaign-Based Creator Mapping

  • Map influencers according to brand briefs, campaign goals, and target audience.
  • Create curated influencer lists based on category relevance, engagement quality, and audience fit.
  • Ensure the creator selection aligns with brand tone, messaging, and campaign positioning.


3. Influencer Research & Analysis

  • Conduct detailed analysis of creators including:
  • Engagement rate
  • Audience demographics
  • Content quality
  • Brand collaboration history
  • Authenticity of audience
  • Identify fake engagement, bot followers, or inflated metrics.


4. Trend Monitoring

  • Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and trending creators.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and identify creators frequently collaborating with brands.
  • Suggest new creator categories and trending content formats.


5. Database & Creator Pipeline Management

  • Maintain and regularly update an internal creator database.
  • Build a strong pool of creators across categories and audience segments.
  • Track newly emerging creators for future campaigns.


6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with Strategy, Pricing/Procurement, and Campaign Management teams to ensure creator availability and campaign alignment.
  • Provide quick creator recommendations for urgent campaign requirements.


Requirements

  • 02 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting, or social media research.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and creator ecosystem.
  • Ability to identify high-potential creators early.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate influencer performance metrics.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
