About the Role:


We are a fast-growing E-commerce brand (Cretikpanda) looking for a strategic negotiator to lead our Influencer Marketing campaigns. You will not just be sending messages; you will be closing deals, writing creative scripts, and ensuring our brand is represented perfectly. You will work with our intern to manage the workflow from "Contacted" to "Posted."


Key Responsibilities:


Negotiation (Priority ): Converting "Interested" influencers into partners. Your goal is to negotiate the best rates or high-value barter deals.

Creative Strategy: Writing the video scripts, defining the "hook," and explaining the video concept to the influencer.

Quality Control: Reviewing raw videos strictly against our SOPs (lighting, audio, brand pronunciation) and requesting changes if needed.

Campaign Management: Ensuring influencers post on time, use the correct tags, and adhere to the contract.

Team Leadership: Guiding the Outreach Intern on which types of profiles to look for.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 12 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Social Media Management.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: You should know how to lower a price or pitch a barter deal effectively.
  • Creative Writing: You must be able to write engaging scripts that drive sales.
  • Strict Standard: You must have an eye for detail and not be afraid to tell an influencer to "Reshoot" if the video isn't good.
  • Good knowledge of Google Sheets to manage the campaign pipeline.


Working Details:


Location: Rohini Sector 18 (Work from Office)

Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM (6 Days a week)

Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month
