The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the ecosystem of talent management, managing our exclusive talent from various genres, and helping them flourish to get better brand deals, thus aiding their growth

What will be required of you:

Identifying media trends and which artist/influencer is trending.

Handling incoming leads and converting brand deals.

Creating a collaborative and conducive environment for artists to excel.

Manage and collaborate with vendors for PR, Production, and events.

Handle social media strategy and ensure growth for the artists.

Proactively solve any problems, issues for artists, or production-related issues using our resources at your disposal, and keep all relevant information updated and accurate within our resource planning systems.

Industry background is a must.

1+ years of experience in managing talent/artists.

Have good networking and community-building skills.

Have good negotiation and managerial skills.

Are good with presentations and pitch decks.

Have excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Have experience in collaborating with PR and media.

Have an authentic passion for management with an aptitude for problem-solving.

Have sound knowledge of artists and their genre of projects.
