We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist who can seamlessly blend influencer campaign strategy, performance analytics, and end-to-end execution. This role is ideal for someone who has led multiple influencer programs, understands how to scale creator partnerships sustainably, and thrives in fast-paced, launch-driven marketing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own influencer campaigns end-to-end for product launches and growth initiatives strategy, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, content planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Lead creator discovery and evaluation based on audience fit, platform relevance, historical performance, and ROI expectations.
  • Build, manage, and scale a long-term influencer ecosystem that can be activated repeatedly across launches.
  • Develop clear content strategies and briefs tailored to platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Partner closely with product, design, content, and growth teams to align influencer narratives with product positioning.
  • Track, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, CAC) and translate insights into improvements.
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies, creator mix, and campaign formats based on performance learnings.
  • Establish and improve internal workflows, trackers, and reporting frameworks for influencer campaigns.

Who Were Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or content-led growth roles.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling influencer campaigns with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and algorithms from both creator and audience perspectives.
  • Comfortable working with performance data, dashboards, and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident engaging with creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills able to move fast without losing quality.
  • Thrives in high-ownership, fast-moving startup environments.
  • Comfortable working full-time, on-site in Bangalore.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or social listening platforms.
  • Strong understanding of creator economics, pricing models, and ROI frameworks.
  • Experience designing repeatable influencer playbooks or launch frameworks.
