Influencer Marketing Specialist

Were looking for a highly proactive Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms. This role will focus on identifying the right creators, building long-term relationships, and executing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and revenue.

• Identify and onboard relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate product shipments and campaign briefs with influencers.
• Track campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new creator opportunities.
• Work closely with the creative and performance marketing teams to align campaigns with brand goals.

• At least 6 months of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or creator partnerships.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze campaign performance.
