Influencer Marketing + Social Media Manager

Role Description ( Mumbai | Full-time | Ravel)

Ravel is a fast-growing custom haircare and skincare brand featured on shark tank and recently listed on stock exchange, built on results, credibility, and strong storytelling. As we scale our content and creator engine, were looking for someone who can do both strategy and execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands creators, enjoys making content, and is comfortable being part of the process end to end.

What youll do

Source and onboard micro and macro content creators across platforms

Manage influencer collaborations from outreach to execution and posting

Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies

Coordinate multiple collaborations simultaneously

Work closely with the internal content and creative team

Plan and create social media content for Ravel across platforms

Assist in shoots and content planning for launches and campaigns

Shoot educational or explainer-style content when required

Stay updated with trends, formats, hooks, and creator-led storytelling

Track performance metrics like engagement, reach, and content output

What we're looking for

1.5 to 4 years experience in influencer marketing and social media

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, Stories, and UGC formats

Comfortable sourcing creators independently, without heavy agency reliance

Confident communicator with creators and internal teams

Willingness to appear on camera for educational content when needed

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple collaborations

Strong sense of aesthetics, content flow, and brand tone
