Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive | Interflora
Location: Mumbai
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Experience: 23 years in influencer marketing and/or social media execution
Were looking for a hands-on Influencer Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage creator collaborations end-to-end while also executing day-to-day social media content. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategy and the grindfrom scouting creators to posting content on time.
Youll work closely with brand, content, and performance teams to grow reach, engagement, and brand love across platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers, KOLs and creators
- Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end: outreach, negotiations, briefs, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate content reviews and approvals to ensure brand alignment
- Track campaign performance and share insights
- Build and maintain long-term creator relationships
Social Media & Content Ideation:
- Ideate content concepts for social media, including posts, reels, stories, and collaborations
- Execute the social media content calendar across platforms (primarily Instagram)
- Work with designers, videographers, and creators to bring content ideas to life
- Publish content, manage schedules, and ensure timely execution
- Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement
- Track social performance and optimize based on insights and trends
Required Skills & Experience
- .23 years of experience in influencer marketing and social media
- Strong understanding of Instagram, creators, and short-form content
- Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools.
- Proven ability to ideate and execute content, not just plan it
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong aesthetic and storytelling abilities to align with luxury brand positioning.
- Experience with lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or D2C brands
- Familiarity with social analytics and reporting
- Strong trend awareness and creative instincts
