Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for an Influencer Marketing Sales Agent. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging with influencers, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with them, and negotiating partnerships to drive successful marketing campaigns. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams, monitoring campaign performance, and providing insights to optimize future initiatives. You will be responsible for building networks, maintaining communication, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Public Relations skills to effectively connect with influencers and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Solid Sales skills and experience in achieving targets in a dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with analytics tools and platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the influencer marketing or social media industry is highly advantageous
