Influencer Marketing Operations - Fresher

Job Summary:

As an Influencer Marketing Operations fresher, you will be responsible for supporting the Influencer Marketing team in managing and executing influencer campaigns. You will assist in identifying, contacting, and collaborating with social media influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will also be responsible for monitoring campaign performance and producing reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Influencer Marketing team in identifying and contacting social media influencers to collaborate with on campaigns

Assist in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish, including coordinating product shipments, tracking influencer content, and communicating with influencers

Monitor campaign performance and produce reports to track key metrics such as engagement, reach, and sales

Help develop and maintain relationships with social media influencers

Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness

Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, design, and e-commerce, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall brand objectives

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Passion for beauty and personal care products
